Sharothi Pikar, Senior Advisor to the Deputy Under Secretary for Acquisition and Sustainment (A&S)

Sharothi Pikar is a member of the Senior Executive Service and serves as the Senior Advisor to the Deputy Under Secretary for Acquisition and Sustainment (A&S), within the Office of the Secretary of Defense. She most recently served as the Acquisition Executive (AE) and the Deputy CDAO, Acquisition in the Office of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO). As the CDAO Senior Procurement Executive (SPE), she transformed the Tradewinds ecosystem as an enterprise-wide capability and was responsible for acquisition and procurement of CDAO data, analytics, and AI-related capabilities with approximately $1B annual budget.
