Nikhil Shenoy is Co-Founder & CEO of Colvin Run Networks, headquartered in Leesburg, Virginia. Colvin Run designs and develops machine learning and blockchain-based solutions for supply chains and record management systems. It was founded with support from Virginia’s Center for Innovative Technology (CIT), and is an alumnus of the George Mason Innovation Commercialization Acceleration Program (ICAP), with customers in defense, education, and social media.

Nikhil began his career at Goldman Sachs in credit & equity derivatives, then led data-driven finance and marketing initiatives for the Swiffer & Mr. Clean brands at Procter & Gamble. He then oversaw the design & development of a workplace IoT platform from an idea to deployment in 500+ global locations for Kastle Systems, a DC-area security technology company. Nikhil is a leader within the Government Blockchain Association, leading both the Supply Chain Group and the 550+ member Northern Virginia Chapter, and is leading the AFCEA Technology Committee Blockchain Vector. He is a frequent speaker on government blockchain applications, including at the Virginia House of Delegates Joint Commission on Technology and Science (JCOTS). Nikhil holds an engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Venkat Kodumudi leads the blockchain and robotic process automation practices at CGI US. In this role he promotes CGI’s leadership position in those disciplines, and helps execute projects. Previously he was an administrative director in CGI Federal’s Security, Administrative, Judicial, and Enforcement division.

Venkat has more than 25 years of IT experience as both a government leader and a consultant. Prior to joining CGI, he served as deputy director of the operations and engineering division at the Transportation Security Administration.
